To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). However, many of the tools I mentioned above, Radian 6, Sysomos, etc, have a management/response component included in their workflow model. Also, thanks for having Sysomos in your comparison.
